Lisa is a former corporate lawyer (Melbourne, London and New York) and ABC Radio Presenter, turned global leader in Client-Centred Innovation.
Lisa draws on her broadcasting experience combined with Human-Centred Design and Mindfulness practices to bring a fresh approach to intentional conversations, called “Empathy Interviewing”.
Her pioneering work with Tristan Forrester, their unique partnership and approach has been the subject of a Harvard Law School Case Study, a Stanford d.school Alumni presentation, and her TEDx Melbourne talk “Can robots make us more human?”.
Lisa is a graduate of the Customer Focused Innovation Program of Stanford University’s GSB and the Stanford d.school, the University of Melbourne (Science/Law) and the Australian Film Television and Radio School (Radio Broadcasting).
