Andrew is the Managing Partner of Bell Gully and sits on the firm’s Board. He is an experienced projects and real estate lawyer with extensive experience advising on real estate transactions and developments in New Zealand.  Andrew’s particular experience includes advising on acquisitions and divestments, leases, project developments and finance, subdivisions and restructuring and insolvency. His long history with international clients means he also has leading expertise in dealing with New Zealand’s overseas investment laws.
