Sam McQuilkan

Sam heads up IAG NZ’s Corporate & Commercial Legal team, part of the wider IAG Group Legal team which last year won the Large In-House Team of the Year at the Australian Corporate Lawyer Awards. Sam also leads IAG NZ’s legal tech function with support from the IAG Group Legal Ops team.

Sam supported NZ Legal’s concurrent implementation of Xakia, Josef, and iManage. Before he was at IAG, Sam was inhouse counsel at MediaWorks where he and an inhouse developer automated a high-volume high-complexity contract workflow using inhouse tools.
