LexisNexis are a Bronze Sponsor of LawFest 2017, and tell us about their new partnership with Conveyancing Solutions Limited.

Global leaders in legal research and technology, LexisNexis have announced a partnership with cloud-based conveyancing software provider, Conveyancing Solutions Ltd.

Through this partnership, LexisNexis will be offering Conveyancing Solutions Ltd’s cloud-based conveyIT Maestro solution to customers alongside its trusted legal research.

The emergence of online conveyancing providers and the sheer volume of over 200,000* homes being bought and sold in New Zealand each year, has placed continued pressure on conveyancers to work faster and improve efficiency.

ConveyIT Maestro is an online workflow tool designed to enable conveyancers to work faster than ever before by minimizing risks and providing greater visibility of tasks and workload.

With predefined letters and emails, embedded calendars, global contact information and the ability for several people to work on the same matter without duplication, users of conveyIT Maestro are up to 40% more efficient than those with manual processes.

Conveyancing Solutions Limited Commercial Director, John McKenzie says that the alignment of the two businesses came naturally.

“CSL and LexisNexis are both well respected, best of breed providers within the legal community, so engaging in a partnership that exposes conveyIT Maestro to a greater proportion of the New Zealand legal market just makes sense.”

LexisNexis General Manager, Andy Boss, says that this partnership brings together the knowledge and heritage of two long standing businesses.

“We’re passionate about advancing the Rule of Law in New Zealand and in today’s rapidly changing world, assisting the legal community to work through matters more efficiently is a big part of that. We are thrilled to be partnering with Conveyancing Solutions Ltd to combine our trusted legal research with the conveyIT Maestro cloud based solution to enable our customers to work faster and smarter.” says Andy Boss.
