If you can no longer attend LawFest for any reason, your ticket may be transferred to a colleague in your organisation up to 48 hours before the event. 
Refunds will only be considered on a hardship basis.

If you provide technology or services into the legal industry, you are required to purchase a Provider Pass. (ie. if you are not a law firm, government or legal department employee)

LawFest reserves the right to provide a record of your attendance and email details to event exhibitors/providers. 

Attendees give their consent to receive marketing communications from exhibitors/providers. 

LawFest reserves the right to use any photos or video footage from the event in publications and promotions or for commercial use. 

While we will do everything in our power to bring this event to you as an in-person experience on 11 & 12 March 2026, should Health reasons (i.e. COVID or other) change we may be forced to delay the event, take this event online or change the format. Your registration fee will be valid for when the event goes ahead.

 All attendees are required to abide by government COVID-19 regulations, as well as the event and venue COVID-Safe plans. If you fail to comply with these requirements, you will not be able to attend the event and no refund will be provided. 

By providing your personal information you agree that Lawfest 26 may use this information for the purposes involved with delivering Lawfest 26.
