Josh regularly appears in the superior courts, as well as in international arbitrations across the Pacific region. His practice spans construction disputes, technology-related matters, and high-stakes commercial litigation.
A recognised thought leader in legal technology, Josh has been instrumental in Richmond Chambers’ development of what is believed to be the first AI governance policy published by any barristers’ chambers globally.
