Renee Stiles is a partner in Buddle Findlay’s Wellington corporate and commercial team.  She has deep expertise in technology, media and telecommunications (TMT), AI and emerging technology.

Renee brings over 20 years’ TMT experience to her practice, including advising on AI-driven solutions, and drafting and negotiating large-scale and complex ICT and outsourcing contracts for both public sector and private clients.  Renee also advises on government and defence procurement; complex corporate transactions; the development of financial applications and payments products for financial institutions, fintechs and corporates; intellectual property commercialisation; data licensing, protection and privacy.

In recent years, Renee has been a key member of Buddle Findlay’s AI Committee responsible for AI governance and equipping our people with the best tools and training available.
