Cecilia is the Chief Executive Officer at Cooney Lees Morgan. She has extensive experience in leading and managing professional services firms across different countries and regions including COO in New Zealand for Bell Gully and for PwC, Business Development Director at Minter Ellison in Australia, and Business Development Head for Linklaters in Hong Kong and London. She also worked as the New Zealand COO at PwC.
Her broad range of skills include building and managing teams; creating and implementing strategy alongside boards and management teams; working with client teams to help manage their client relationships, working on diversity, inclusion and sustainability initiatives; and in the operational management of professional services firms.
As part of their long-term plan, Cecilia and her husband, along with their pup Mabel, relocated to the Bay of Plenty in 2021, and lives at Waihi Beach near most of her whanau.
