Charles is the Chief Executive Officer of Dentons Kensington Swan in New Zealand. He was previously general counsel and general manager of Corporate Affairs at Auckland International Airport Ltd. His work there was recognised in 2011 when he was named In-House Lawyer of the Year by the In-House Lawyers Association of New Zealand. Charles loves the law and the legal profession and has served on the governing bodies of the In-house Lawyers Association of New Zealand and the New Zealand Listed Companies Association. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries.
